Who is on 5025 at 0230 utc?
 

I've found a couple of possibilities by digging around, but nothing
definite. It was Spanish and that's about all I know. I'm going to
go back and see if they have anything identifiable at the top of the
hour.

Almost certainly you have Radio Rebelde, which is the Big Monster on
5025 kHz.
