Aerial
 

Could anyone let me know the best way to make an aerial, if I'm travelling
with my Roberts SW radio abroad, usually in a hotel room.

Sometimes I just use a piece of wire, but I'm not sure the best way to do
this. Last time attaching it to the door knob seemed to help.

My Roberts is about 12 years old and is still going strong.
