BBC Changes, March 27

Heard an announcement about BBC changes as of March 27 just prior to the 1400
news.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/sc...es/index.shtml

Apparently English, Arabic, Spanish and Portuguese for South America will be
reduced, if not more. I've not had time yet to peruse everything.

Why is it that you 'tards, when confronted with your crap, always seem to think
someone is 'bitter'?

Is that some kind of 'tard codeword?

Continue to tote!

I just looked at the Americas listings. Apparently programming in
English and Spanish for the Americas will be reduced to morning and
evening prime time, and the Portuguese service for Brazil will be
eliminated. I noticed that the alternate freq for the English service to
Central America (what most US citizens listen to) will be moved up an
hour so that 9525 will be on between 0000 and 0300 and 6135 will be on
0300 to 0500 (right now 9525 starts at 0100 and 6135 at 0400). 5975 will
still be on until 0500, but no mention was made of transmitter location
being changed, so if the site for 5975 is moved off Antigua audibility
in the US may suffer, although that's just speculation on my part.

You can listen to BBC World Service in Detroit, Michigan, United
States on the following radio stations and frequencies:

SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO

Two cost money to receive, and one begs for money twice a
