Default Long Live Tranceivers

A week or two ago I read on the internet somewhere (if it's on the
internet,it's got to be the truth,eh?) that some U.S.companies are
interested in setting up shop in some East European countries. There are
already some U.S.companies doing business in some East European
companies and have been doing so for many years, but perhaps more
U.S.companies might start doing business/manufacturing over
there.Perhaps some "Drake" radios might start being built over there?
