Who was on 7.415mhz @1550 EST /2050 GMT on March 15,2005?

I heard a great political commentary from a guy on the above frequency
but only caught the last ten minutes of it.
Who was the gentleman? No ID as the program ran past the 2100 time
limit and was replaced by some people selling gold.
