Default UHF/VHF listings?

Hi guys. I'm not sure this is the right place for this question, but
some of the other newsgroups seem quite dead and I'm sure someone in
the shortwave crowd has the answers.

I'm looking for a listing of UHF/VHF TV channels.

Specifically, I live in Cleveland and would like to pick up CBC on my
antenna. I'm not sure which channel it is. There are several stations
that come in fuzzy so its hard to tell. I know NBC is 3, ABC, is 5,
FOX is 8, etc. If I remember correctly from my childhood its channel
10 but I'm not sure (that station says PAX now but the audio doesn't
match the picture oddly enough).

Perhaps someone has a better idea (or perhaps CBC is on multiple
channels that could be received).

Looking to pick up the new "Doctor Who" series being broadcast on
tuesday April 5th at 8PM.

Thanks in advance.
