code is all alpha characters.

'Cut numbers' substitute alpha characters for numbers. It's an easier quicker
way to send number traffic.

That is a Cuban cut number station. They use the following format:

A=1
N=2
D=3
U=4
W=5
R=6
G=7
M=8
N=9
T=0
