There is a fool born every minute.Yesterday afternoon,at the Goodwill
thrift store,I bought an old Zenith portable (portables, fore runners of
the laptops) computer for $5.00 and an Intergraph for $2.50.Both items
have little bitty brass plates on them that say,Mississippi State
Highway Department.I know I will never use those two items, but what the
hell,I bought them anyway and I bought a few books too.Windows 98 and
Windows 95 and a HP book about computer scanners and a book about the
Canadian Royal Mounted Police.

Nah, I don't think you're a fool for buying them. Sometimes just the fact
that you have an unusual item that's hard to find and shows us a bit of
technical history is enough to make it yours.

Like an very old coin. Hold it in your hands, and you can try to imagine all
the places the coin has been and all the people who owned it.
