totally wrong, if one bidder was on vacation that week, that changes
the VALUE, NO NO NO

it changes the PRICE, not the VALUE

price is NOT value

repeat everyone PRICE IS NOT VALUE

property in california sells for a price, not a value. only an idiot
would say a one room 25 year old apartment in a fair part of town is
worth $350,000 !!!!!
