Here on the West Coast, there's a constant radioteletype signal going at 7.595.

Here on the West Coast, there's a constant radioteletype signal going at 7.595.

Not sometimes, mind you, but ALL the time. It's even audible during the
day. FTV can't decode it, but I know that it's RTTY. Does anyone know
what this is?
