Comms on 12359 khz

I've been hearing Spanish language comms on 12359 khz. There are at
least two males, one of whom is referred to (in English) as "Falcon".

Any ideas?

Steve

I think those are still some ship to ship or ship to shore channels right in
that area. 'Falcon' may have been the ship name.
