CRI is out blasting RHC on 9820
 

Here in Buffalo, New York, USA, Chinia Radio International is
transmitting over Radio Havana on 9820. I wonder if the CRI
transmission is from a relay in Cuba of if this is some mistake?
Regardless, the CRIs frequency coordination leaves much to be desired.

You are mistaken about CRI's frequency coordination is real good at
blocking the broadcasts they don't want the mainland people to hear.
