CCRadio VS Grundig S350

Has anyone compared these two radios. I was wondering about audio and
MW reception. Thanks in advance. Stuart

Never buy based on "audio quality" unless you have very little standards.
As we just said in another thread, it's real easy to plug in an external
and good speaker and provide "great sound", but the average person
can do very little to remedy other faults of a radio; indeed there
is a limit on how much a not so great receiver can be souped up no
matter who is doing it.

I have had no contact with Grundig, but we have owned the CCRadio for
about 6 or 7 years now and have been very happy with it. MW reception
seems fine, and they have done a ood job with their tuning aids, such as
spacing the frequecy-hopping buttons at 10 khz so it is easy to skip up
and down the band without looking at the display all the time. This is
meaningful to me because I own another Sangean product, the Rea;listic
DX-440. While otherwise a fine radio, the spacing starts with a 1khz hop
then ten at a time. Kind of clumsy to use.

I have a Great sounding radio..
a $15 Jwin JX -M15..
about the Size of a pack of Cigarettes.

Great bass & treble response.. Fills the whole room with sound;
great for Jazz stations..
-
It's hooked up to a set of Computer speakers....

Audio quality is an afterthought in this day & age..

go for MW reception..
