Heard R. Nacional de Paraguay last night on 9737 kHz at 2245z in
Spanish. They had a real big signal and nice sounding music. Have they
increased their power lately?

TDP still shows a 100 kW transmitter, though they may have had it powered down,
and increased it, or it just may have been good propagation.

QSL'd here back in 1987.
