R. Santec, via DTK Juelich 15625 heard at 1801 UTC on 5/22 in English
to Africa, with the usual religious tenor. DTK had some initial
problems as the tx'er kept going on and off. Good signal here.

You can double-dip for QSLs on this one. Santec issues a QSL and
Deutsche Telekom T-Systems has its own QSL for programs it relays!
