I for one will miss them because they were a decent place to pick up parts
while at the mall. Having to drive half way across the city was a problem here. they served smaller centers and towns well for many years. Granted not all the staff knew about everything in the store but way back when they sold good radios like the DX 150 and DX 160 they were a great place to get started in the hobby. We will see how the new Circuit City folks do and if they still remain a good source for parts in the mall or the small towns of Canada. Yes I am a Canadian and a liberal who believes in social medicine and the Charter of Right and Freedoms we have. So Mr DXass...oops DXace feel free to critic me and the other fellow Canucks here. Just remember this: As your government turns North America more and more into a prison state we are bigger and on top so watch out. Shawn wrote in message ... Show of hands.. Is this a good thing? ...a bad thing? Will "Circuit-City" pretty much strip away anything and everything that was good about Radio Shack? Opinions please.. For those just joining us, RadioShack.Ca will cease to exist on or about July 1, 2005.
