Wrong scheduled frequency for Australia

Australia was on the wrong frequency for awhile today. At 22:00 they
were supposed to be on 21,740 but were on 15,515 instead. The mistake
was corrected a while later between 22:00 and 23:30 UTC they were on the
21 MHz band like they should have been.
