Space weather today is poor

We have geomagnetic storm conditions ( Kp5 ) and a few X-ray flares for
the past few hours and so signals are poorer than usual but not bad.
Radio Netherlands and Radio Canada broadcasts were OK and I have been
listening to Australia on 15,515 the past hour.

We'll see how Australia does on 21,740 in a bit.

Replying to my own post 21,740 is good as 15,515 was so far today baring
any Solar flares.

Nuts! They faded out on 21,740 now and the Kp index is expected to go to
6 and NOAA of G2 storm!

New Zealand is a little noisy and has a rapidly fluctuating signal level
S3 to S6 but listen-able. Currently improving to less noisy and stable
at S6 on the RX340 with a vertical 40 foot loop antenna.

New Zealand is S6 to S8 now good signal with no noise.

Australia was weak earlier on 17,715 and 17795 and now S3 to S6 and a
little noisy on 15,515.

We are still in G2 storm conditions.

Things are better now at the time of this post as we are back to G1
storm levels. New Zealand has a great signal on 15,720 and Australia
has a very good signal on 15,515 and 15,240. Australia is weak on
13,630 at the moment.
