Default AF106 transistor

Does anybody have one of these for sale? I am restoring an old Nordmende
portable radio and somebody replaced the RF amplifier with some sort of ECG
device.......the replacement device just isn't doing the trick.
I know that I can replace this PNP germanium device with an NPN silicon
transistor, but I will have to change the biasing network values, I might
have to do some impedance matching, and who knows what else?
It would be easier to just buy the proper device.

I don't understand German, but this web site seems to say you can
substitute an AF239s.

If you're stuck, I'd be happy to give you a 2sa350. The af239s is also
a replacement for that transistor - but I think the 350 is only rated
for 40mhz.
