Of course, he made up for the rf-quiet location by using noisy flourescent fixtures - you guessed it, radio is not his hobby. I agree with the other poster who suggested taking a radio to do radio surveys of the area. Even though a place might seem like it should be RF-quiet that is not necessarily the case. I have compact fluorescents in every socket in my house (except in the stove and refrigerator). They do not make enough noise to raise the floor. Once in a while you'll get a ''buzzer'' but not very often. http://www.homepower.com/ |
