WDLT 660 kHz Mobile AL on daytime power at night?

WDLT 660 Mobile AL is booming in in Central Ohio at 05:30 EDST, but
ought to be inaudible according to its license and nighttime pattern,
the last two days.

Maybe they're converting CST sunrise to CDST by subtracting an hour
rather than adding?
