14182.5 LSB (yes, LSB)
 

Hearing a man, who sounds American, reading off series of numbers and
letters, with fairly long periods of silence between each series. Odd
that it's on LSB.

I'm listening in Brooklyn, NY.

Any ideas?

and also through the use of a CW ID'er.
