I'm waiting for a few more production runs before I get one. It's an
attractive radio, but I'm planning to wait so that Degen can work
through any QC issues it might be having with this unit. Even the
1103, which is a great radio, underwent a QC related revision soon
after it was released to market.

They do make it sound Very cool.. - and it's even got a Thermometer..!

go to radiointel.com and they have reviewed it and the 1103 and passport
to Shortwave radio has excellent reviews too..I'll get the 1103

Can anyone really program, let alone use 1,000 memories? With no
computer interface that is a Lot of keystrokes.
