Seem to be receiving rather well, with some fades in SO MO on a
yb400pe attached to a very odd dipole (don't ask, I haven't quite
figured out what it's supposed to be yet, there is at least 300 ft
wire involved...).

Yes they do.

We keep going through a lot of cycles of good and bad conditions lately.
Last night conditions were exceptional on the lower bands.

Last night NZ had the annoying habit of switching off 5 or 10 minutes
before the hour, then return a few minutes later. This happened several
times.

Australia was very good this afternoon on 21,740. I think it was just
yesterday that they were very poor on that frequency.

And, here, the Beeb is coming in on 15280 and 15360 circa 4:00 UTC.
And 15360 gets quite clear about 7:00.

Oh well, we've probably jinxed reception for the next month. ;-)
