(5:00 p.m. AST - 2100 UTC) Tropical Storm Harvey Hurricane Watch issued for Bermuda . At 5:00 p.m. AST - 2100 UTC, the Bermuda weather service has issued a Hurricane Watch for Bermuda, indicating that Hurricane conditions are possible during the next 24 hours. A Tropical Storm warning remains in effect for Bermuda.
