There's a big difference between moving away permanently and moving out of harm's way. I don't really care if they move away permanently or not, but man, if you've got a big beast out there bearing down on you, you don't just decide to "ride it out" when everyone's telling you to get the hell out of Dodge. (And you have the means to get out.) The "it'll never happen to me" line of defense usually doesn't work when you're at ground zero. --Mike L. |
