Yeah,they should all move to South Dakota,no hurricanes there.But who
would work the oil rigs in the Gulf Coast and who would keep transportation and commerce going in the Mississippi River? Who would keep America going? There's a big difference between moving away permanently and moving out of harm's way. I don't really care if they move away permanently or not, but man, if you've got a big beast out there bearing down on you, you don't just decide to "ride it out" when everyone's telling you to get the hell out of Dodge.
