I went to site and sent them E-Mail with parts request, they said to
allow 3 days for a reply. If that doesn't work, will try 800 number.

Anyone know where to find a replacement whip? I went to Radio Shack
and they no longer carry the replacement whips. I tried the Sony site

check the Sony USA site, or call
1-800-488-SONY (7669)

My experience with Sony and Panasonic when it came to replacement parts
and manuals was much better than that.

If you are convinced that it isn't worth a call to a toll free number,
