Not much wind here,but getting a lot of rain from Rita's outer bands.
www.srh.noaa.gov (Jackson,MS Homepage) The rain (if noaa is
right,sometimes they are not right,I have seen it quite a few times
before) should be passing on by in an hour or two,I hope.
