I *like* my Sony SW 07!

I've had the SW 07 for over 4 years, and it works great for me--I use it in
the evenings--I sleep with it and I get pretty good reception just with the
regular antenna. My only critisism is that the reception isn't good using
USB--but since I don't use that often (usually use LSB if I'm listening to
the hams) it's not a real serious issue.

I also have the SW 100--and actually I think the reception on LSB is better
with this radio.

I like things as portable as possible and that's why I have both these
*small* radios--I've taken both of them on trips and their very small size
makes them easy to pack.

I suppose that if my money tree in the backyard were to fruit, I'd get a
tabletop model, but since it hasn't yet, I'm happy with what I have now/

Asymmetrical sidebands is a Sony trademark. Probably the main reason
I never buy their higher-end stuff.
