said on his radio talk show in D.C.that Islam is an organization of
terrorism.He got fired and later hired at a radio station I think in
California.What we are seeing in America nowdays is the death knell of
free speech radio.And it is happening during the bush administration
too.fed govt is protecting those gay faggots and muslims in America,but
let a radio talk show host get on radio and say something agains't
them,and the radio talk show host probally will get fired.Muslims in
American public schools can and do have their "praying to allah" in the
schools with their behinds pointing to the East,but let American
children in public schools have open prayer to GOD and,,,, oh noooooo,,,
that's a big NO NO! fed govt is in bed with the terrorist and the sad
thing is most Americans do not know it.

Canada has a hate crime law probably written by the New World Order
crowd who are supplying the text for the US law as well as Australia
and Britain, among others. While the law seems reasonable in that no
group should be signaled out for hate, the devil is in the details. For
example, clergymen can no longer read out
Romans I: 26 and 27 as this can be construed as attacking one group.
For convenience, the offending text follows: 26 "Because of this, God
gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural
relationships for unnatural ones. 27. In the same way the men also
abandoned natural relationships with women and were inflamed with lust
for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and
received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion."
Churches that commit this hate crime by reading out this passage
from the Bible are liable to lose their tax-exempt status so general
compliance with the law is the norm. The passage seems clear enough to
me. I expect that publishers of Bibles will be under pressure to delete
the offending passage so in a few decades it will cease to be an issue.
I note that the Pope is planning a tour of Catholic seminaries to root
out all homosexuals. I wonder if he will be charged with a hate crime.

England is famous for its off the wall eccentrics.

To see how ridiculous this terrorism crap is, we had a
telephone workers' strike out here a year or so ago. A few wires in
phone boxes got cut. The first thing the looney tunes cops had to say
was that, if the guy was caught, they were going to add a 3 or 4 year
" terrorism enhancement' to the charges.

When they were hustling some 80 year old guy out of a meeting
(maybe Parliament) in England in the past day or so, some guy
objected, saying something to the effect of "Be careful -- he's an 80
year old man". So they pounced on him, too, and hauled his ass across
a few rows of seats. Once outside, he was excluded from re-entering
the building, as reported on the news, by applcation of recently
passed "anti-terrorism powers" granted to the police.

So we have ordinary vandalism in the US and a simple scuffle
in England both elevated to terrorist acts by power-mad,
testosterone-poisoned cops. Thanks, Shrub. Thanks, Tony Lapdog.

It's a race to the bottom in oppression with laws like this.
The more restrictive the better, as long as busness or governments
profit.


I'm as Califirnia-liberal as anyone on usenet, but I believe
this whole hate crime business is just a proxy for thought crime.

As for "fighting words", the last successful prosecution on
that basis was in 1949. So nw it's been replaced with "hate crimes" as
a way of restricting speech, however benign or genuinely hateful.

Hate Bills are for Whiners...
 

Hate crimes give special rights to which ever group they're applied to and
take away the rights of those not covered by the special laws... ie
preferential treatment.

If someone doesn't like me because of my race, sex or automobile preferences
who cares? That's their right. Hate me all you want. Now if they want to
take physical action against me... Bring it on... I'll defend myself to the
best of my ability and if not, i'll get beat up or killed. There are laws
already on the books to cover either scenario.

Hate crimes are for people who can't make it in the real world on their own.
It's called survival! If you can't take care of yourself, you will not
survive. Don't sit back and expect the government to take care of you.

That reminds me of a guy that approached me on the subway in New York City
one day.... He was begging for money of course and was younger and in better
shape than I was...Well he kept on and finally his last ploy was...Can't you
give me some money? I like to eat. I responded that I liked to eat too and
that's why I was on my way to work... End of discussion...

By the way, any cry babies that want to come back at me do me a favor first.
Go out and give all your money and worldly possesions to the the crack
heads, drunks and other worthless people because I'm through giving, that is
except the money that is extorted from me ie taxes. You help them all you
want! Just leave me out of it.
