Have you used it? Oddly enough, it states that it cancels S9 Noise, right
up my alley.

There's another poster here who uses them very extensively. The
science is solid and quite simple. Reverse the polarity of the local
noise and mix it with your main antenna signal and this subtracts the
local noise at your receiver.

Try it for 28 days.
