I didn't find any links to a free downloadable copy, but there is a place
you can order one for $14.00 he

Maybe check around on some other shortwave/radio listening forums; perhaps
someone would send you a photocopy of theirs, gratis?

I did find lots of info on that receiver he

Pretty technical stuff, mostly for the restoration side of things. Not sure
if you need that much info, but thought I'd mention it anyway.
