Wanted for murder: PLANET EARTH
I had been hearing on Coast to Coast AM that it might be possible that
the Earth might be causing extreme weather changes to destroy humanity. What would even be more scary if the ionosphere burns up causing all radio communication to fail. SR |

Jim, I had the hots for that younger girl, Penny, in the original series. I remember how much I had a "crush" on her way back then. She was so innocent. And I remember how much of a sabotaging wimp Mr. Smith was towards the family but they always rescued him and saved his ass anyway. It was a cute show. I watched it everyday after school but before homework :) Lucky |

I watched it everyday after school but before homework :) I think you have your Irwin Allen mixed up. The Seaview was the ultra high tech submarine in Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, starring Richard Basehart as Admiral Nelson and co-starring David Hedison as Captain Lee Crane. You're thinking of the Jupiter II from Lost in Space and Angela Cartwright's character, Penny Robinson vs. Jonathan Harris' Dr. Smith. Both series were produced by the master of disaster, Irwin Allen, who also brought us The Time Tunnel, Land of the Giants and such greats as Earthquake! and The Towering Inferno. |
