Only no one listens, that's why it's on the skids.

Funny how Air America keeps adding stations when no one listens.

For fair and balanced, I like NPR and BBC.

NPR, even though I listen 'cuz there's nothing better domestically
that I know of, isn't even remotely "fair and balanced." BBC is
european, which is to say their scale is scewed to the left of ours.
I still listen to them, too, as well as RNW. RA when my antennas are
in good shape (which they aren't at the moment...)

The one thing you can be sure of is that if they claim to be "fair and
balanced," they *aren't*.

Flippin' ideologues -- even more useless than lawyers.

"I have in mind a bloodbath that is thoroughly bipartisan. Let the
Clintons be the first to go. American politics will not be healthy until
they are purged from the system. Issue exit visas to Trent Lott and Tom
DeLay, to Dick Armey, to the ancient and awful Strom Thurmond and the
odious Jesse Helms. Let the ostraca fall upon the bombastic charlatan
Jesse Jackson, upon Henry Hyde and Maxine Waters, upon Barbara Boxer
and Orrin Hatch." - Lance Morrow,

All of their political discussions feature people from both sides of
the aisle, with moderators who are more or less in the middle. The
Diane Rheem discussion show on Friday mornings, for example.

BBC is
european,

It's Great Britain's government radio station. How left is that?

The job of the propagandist is to make it difficult not to listen.

For fair and balanced, I like NPR and BBC.

They're both to the left of Pravda.

my vote for President will be a write-in for Jiang Zemin.
