I'm not sure if it was somebody fooling around or a case of accidentally keying the
mike while talking to someone else.

There was an aircraft on the frequency at the time awaiting a phone patch.

I began running the tape after that and heard no more comments so I'm apt to think it
either came from the aircraft or from an Air Force ground station.

Certainly made me sit up and take notice!

I would think somebody at the FCC or some fed govt guy would have heard
that or somebody reported it to them and hopefully,they are checking it
out.
