Canadians Stupid?
 

I read that conversation at another website about four years ago.I
realize the U.S.Navy does not officially talk that way to other
Ships.They have their own official style of lingo they use when talking
to other Ships and also U.S.Navy Aircraft and U.S.Navy Submarines and
whatever else when on official duty.
