Well guys, I finally managed to get hold of a "as new" sony 2010 in my local
paper. I am very pleased with it indeed.
I couldn;t imagine me repairing the fets on the other one, so I fell lucky
and got this one at a good price.
So I finally have a 2010 in near mint condition at last.
I am to return the faulty one to the guy who I bought it off on ebay, he was
very good over it, he gave me a full refund, so all ended happily for me.

Before you hook that sucker up to any kind of wire antenna, get one of
these and connect it to the EXT ANT in and a ground.

Radios deserve much more Respect than to be called suckers,,,, unless
you are using XM or Sirius pretend "radios"
