Default Russia Plans to Return to Soviet-era Radio Jamming

I sort of know a guy (sort of because sometimes he post at
www.lucianne.com and www.pipelinenews.org) who retired from the
U.S.Army and he lives in Hattiesburg,Mississippi. He worked at Kagnew
Station in Africa www.kagnewstation.com in decyphering radio
signals.I guess he knows quite a lot about radio jamming and much more.
