Eighty Years of Broadcasting in Sri Lanka (Radio Ceylon/SLBC)
Here is the TDP info for Sri Lanka:
http://www.tdp.info/cln.html Hard to say which of the older transmitters not shown to be out of service are actually still functional. dxAce Michigan USA This is a great site, thanks. I believe the 35 kW is the one I heard a few years back on 19m. I cannot tell which one(s) is available now for SLBC. Does VOA still have the Gloria, Portugal site, or was the removal of that transmitter to Sri Lanka the end of that operation? BJ |

As far as I know both the VOA sites in Portugal (Gloria and Maxoqueira) were closed down in 1996 or 1997. dxAce Michigan USA |
