Consider a simple-to-make Dual (2) Slinky Dipole Antenna
using two "Mini-Slinkys" Stretched-Out Horizontally :
These are Fed with 300 Ohm "TV" Twin Lead and
connected to your Radio via the HI-Z (500 Ohm) Terminals.

I think there is a math error on page 85, subsection ii, jeesh
check it out 90+ pages, I got dizzy looking at the math in this

Just got to love them Slinkys.I used to own a Slinky when I was a kid.A
few months ago,I walked every one of them 12 or 13 toys isles,twice,at
the Wal Mart store and I didn't see any Slinkys at all.There is a Toys R
Us store near me,but I keep forgeting to check out that store.I just
can't see me ordering a Slinky toy from any online internet stores.
