They've had lousy audio since I got into shortwave in 1990. Even the long
used 9900 frequency and the 12050 frequency had pretty lousy audio.

Hello,

Here in France it can be heard loud and clear... No big deal and not DX since
the transmision is targetting western Europe.

No problem with the audio quality...
