I am not the one that sent the report but it's coming in for me here
in Vegas, SINPO 35333 Icom R-75 indoor ceiling loop antenna.

I have trouble receiving 7415 khz in northern California recently. After about 0230 UTC the signal strength is below the noise level here. Typically though I am able to listen during 0400-0700 UTC so WBCQ isn't usable for me. Read about it in the WBCQ reception report forum:

I can hear them in Los Angeles County. Lots of noise but it's there.
