Po old dumb webtv,,, most of them links pull up (webtv doesn't have a
hard drive) just fine for my dumb old Philips Magnavox model 976 plus
webtv box thangy.

The webradio site loaded quickly on my old 166mmx IBM laptop. The
bbc site in Eurooppa has an awesome variey of programs in English and
a very complete trouble-shooting page. No drop-outs or buffering gaps.
