transmitter in Germany.

So possibly them? Where are you getting the schedule info for Voice of Lebanon?

Uh, that's two years out of date-at least. Shortwave schedules change
every six months for the big guys and can be totally unpredictable for
small stations. That's why so many listeners rely on Internet sources
like ILG or Eibi.
