CBC Montreal (Northern Quebec Service, broadcast from Sackville), I
should think. Acc. to ILG, there's an Inuktituk/Cree service from 2000 to 2200 on Saturdays. |

Radio Canada is listed here from 1200 to 0600 GMT in various languages
