middle-eastern music on 15510 khz, 1900 UTC

I've heard this before but I don't think it's in my logbook. I'm hearing middle-eastern music on 15510 khz at 1900 UTC. hfradio.org lists this as a VOA frequency during 1500-1900 UTC, and I wasn't listening to it before the hour mark so I didn't hear the transition if there was one.

Last time I heard this broadcast, it was just music and there was no voices or identification of any kind. Can anyone help identify it?

I'm using an Eton E5 with a 12-foot wire antenna. The signal has a lot of fading.

Stewart Mackenzie mentions in his logs that this is a Radio Free Asia channel and China broadcasts "jammer music" here. Could that be it?

Same contents are on 9850 khz.

I believe you were hearing China National Radio, or at least your
description corresponds with the schedule I have on hand. Try he

Here at my location in Southern California I hear often the China Music
Jammer trying to block out Radio Free Asia relay via the Marianas Islands
from about 1500 through to 2200 GMT. Kuwait is on 15505 from 1800-2130 GMT
with some good Arabic music and is well heard here. It uses about 500kw being
beamed to Eastern NoAmerica. Hope this info is of assistance to you. Good
listening and DX.
