![]() A dad walks into a market with his young son. The kid is holding a quarter coin. Suddenly, the boy starts choking, going blue in the face. The dad realises the boy has swallowed the coin and starts panicking, shouting for help. A well dressed, attractive, but serious looking woman in a blue business suit is sitting at a coffee bar in the market reading her newspaper and sipping a cup of coffee. At the sound of the commotion, she looks up, puts her coffee cup down on the saucer, neatly folds the newspaper and places it on the counter, gets up from her seat and makes her way, unhurried, across the market. Reaching the boy, the woman carefully takes hold of the boy's testicles and starts to squeeze, gently at first and then ever more firmly. After a few seconds the boy convulses violently and coughs up the money, which the woman deftly catches in her free hand. Releasing the boy, the woman hands the coin to the father and walks back to her seat in the coffee bar without saying a word. As soon as he is sure that his son has suffered no lasting ill effects, the father rushes over to the woman and starts thanking her saying, "I've never seen anybody do anything like that before, it was fantastic. Are you a doctor?" "No," the woman replies. "I work for the Internal Revenue Service." |

of the people who complain are those who try to evade tax laws and wind
up getting nicked. Bruce Jensen You might have clearer view of this, had you been listening to Irwin Schiff on shortwave radio. I don't think Irwin is on WWCR anymore, but he can be contacted at: Irwin A. Schiff Inmate ID No. 08537014 Florence Correctional Center 1100 Bowling Road Florence, Arizona 85232 This is from: http://www.paynoincometax.com/ Frank Dresser Thanks for this, Frank. It is more than I can possibly digest, but I think I get the general drift of it. Until the populace at large conducts a general uprising to its elected officials, I doubt if the types of situations outlined in this treatise will be eliminated. I understand the concern over lack of actual legality in collecting a tax; but, my main point was that the IRS has always treated me fairly within the scope of its operations, and that most of the time, when I hear of people being taken to task for their tax trangressions, it's usually because they didn't pay according to schedule. I do not contest that the authority to collect tax may not exist at all. In fact, I make no statement on it one way or the other, because I am not an attorney. Bruce Jensen |

His attorneys filed a diminished capacity defense on his behalf. I don't know if Irwin's stint on WWCR was entered as evidence of his mental stability. Bruce Jensen I don't think Irwin Schiff is an attorney either, but he is quite expansive with his advice. One of the advised was convicted and Schiff was quoted as saying: "If I told him to go rob a bank, would he do it? What is he, an idiot?" http://irwinschiffbs.blogspot.com/ Frank Dresser |
