When did that come into being? I was looking for utes, and stumbled
acrossed it. Not marked on any of my radios.

Are you talking about mHz or MHz? mHz is 1/1000 Hz.

Officially 13,600-13,800 I think. WARC-79.

Sez 13600-13800 kHz was added at WARC-79, which became exclusive on January
1, 1999
