Nothing yet. There seem to be some trade-offs involved in most of the modifications. If the customization bug ever hits, I still have a spare, stock radio to fall back on. I have adapted a stereo jack for the external antenna port that overrides the built in AM ferrite rod. It really helped to make it more sensitive on the whip. I also removed the tuning knob detent mechanism to make the knob turn smoothly. |
